Key Responsibilities of the Strata Manager: Manage a portfolio of 200–250 lots with a focus on quality, consistency and strong relationships. Prepare and coordinate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes and documentation. Oversee financial administration including budgets, levies, invoices and contractor payments. Manage insurance renewals, quotations and claims. Act as a trusted point of contact for owners, committees, contractors and tenants. Coordinate and monitor repairs, maintenance and contractor engagement. Provide guidance on by‑laws, compliance and relevant legislative obligations. Handle disputes professionally with a balanced, solutions‑focused approach. Maintain accurate records, correspondence and scheme documentation. What You Bring: Experience in strata management with confidence across day‑to‑day operational requirements. Strong communication skills, clear, warm, articulate, and able to manage multiple stakeholders with ease. A calm, steady presence who can navigate competing priorities with confidence.
